Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

After processing, estimated delivery within the contiguous U.S. is 3–5 business days. These are estimates provided by our carriers – actual transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or handling charges – what you see is what you pay.

Carriers

We work with several reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce). The carrier is chosen automatically based on your location and package characteristics. You will see the carrier name on your tracking page.

Order tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Incorrect address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund.
