You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

It must be in its original packaging (including any boxes, pouches, or certificates).

Returns for quality issues (e.g., manufacturing defects, loose stones) are always accepted.

Non‑returnable items:

Custom‑made or personalized jewelry (engraved items, custom sizes).

Earrings for hygienic reasons (unless defective).

Gift cards.

Free returns & no restocking fee

We offer free returns for all eligible items. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.

How to return

Contact us at info@evryjewelshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. only).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier drop‑off point.

Refund processing time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 1–2 business days. After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement – processing times vary by your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order separately.
